Big O Tires

Lack of details and communication is the reason for two stars. Had tires ordered and set up a appointment to have them mounted and balanced. Website stated prices but I was charged a extra $160 dollars for a freight charge that nobody mentioned I would be charged! I am sure I was charged for overnight freight but was not able to get a appointment date until 14 days later. Do they charge the extra freight for all tires that they sale?

Contacted Big O about 10 days ago looking at 4 tires for the car, to be installed after the Thanksgiving weekend. Everyone was happy to help and I was able to get it done in about 75 minutes in & out

I needed 4 new tires on my truck. Upon arriving at Big O Tires in Mandan, ND, the staff was friendly and assisted me right away. The first individual that helped wasn't able to answer all my questions, but the manager jumped in and assisted. I visited a few other tire businesses in the BisMan area, and Big O Tires by far helped me the most in picking out the right tire for my needs. Overall, the install (which was about a week later) was quick and efficient. After a few days, I noticed one of the tires was losing pressure. I had to fill it up a few times before getting it back over to Big O Tires for review. They initially thought it was a bad seal - so took the tire off and tried putting it on again. In the coming days, the leak was still there and losing pressure. It was frustrating having to be on the side of the road in the dead of winter filling my brand new tire with air. When I went back to Big O Tires, it was discovered the valve stem was cracked during installation. No problems since. However, it would have been nice to be compensated for the time and trouble during this process (free oil change, etc.), but that was never offered. If the back-end of the installation would have been better, this easily would have been a 4-5 star rating. But, given the circumstances, 3 stars for this experience.

Purcashed new tires from a Big O Tire Shop along with a protection plan in Utah. I was told I could go to any Big O to have the tires rotated. I'm from North Carolina, passing through, and got there early looking to have an oil change and tire rotation. No work was being done in the shop at 8 a.m, I was asked if I had an appointment and told I would have to come back around 5 p.m. They didn't seem to care or offer to help me. Being disabled needing help didn't seem to matter to these folks. They seemed happy to let me leave , so I left. This isn't acceptable

I've had tires installed and alignments done a handful of times here. No problems whatsoever, a great dependable shop!
